Vasilis Koutsougeras is Project Manager of Phytothreptiki S.A and ORA Services, with over 3 years of professional experience in the fertilizer’s industry. He specializes in Technical Marketing, Product Development Research, and Consumer Behavior. He graduated with a Diploma (5 years) in Agronomy and Agricultural Economics (7,61) from Agricultural University of Athens (2017). His Bachelor’s thesis title was: “Factors affecting farmers’ Willingness To Pay (WTP) for innovative biostimulant against ethylene”. Furthermore, he was awarded a Master’s Degree in Plant Breeding and Field Crops (9,69) from Agricultural University of Athens (2019). His Master’s thesis title was “Effect of plant biostimulants on Agronomic characteristics, growth, tillering, yield in winter wheat (Triticum durum L.)”. His main research interests are in Plant Physiology and Plant Nutrition with emphasis on Plant Hormone Interaction, Nutrition dynamics of field crops and tree plants, Plant Regulators & Biostimulants, Field Trials and Field crop management. He is coordinator of three (3) product research projects. He has experience in designing and carrying out field experiments, researching scientific literature and writing technical reports. He is also skilled in two statistical softwares (STATA & SPSS) and in all Microsoft office systems. During his military service he graduated as Weather Observer, after being trained in the HNMS (Hellenic National Meteorological Service). He is very self-motivated, hard-working individual with communication skills and ability to deliver results
